Ombudsman of the Association of Latvian Commercial Banks

The Association of Latvian Commercial Banks Ombudsman shall handle the complaints of credit institution customers in accordance with the Procedure for Handling of the Complaints of Credit Institution Customers by the Association of Latvian Commercial Banks Ombudsman (Rules).

The Association of Latvian Commercial Banks Ombudsman shall be appointed by the Association of Latvian Commercial Banks President for the period of three years. The Ombudsman shall be independent in his/her decision making.
